By downloading or using Yawnly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Yawnly provides AI-generated, personalized bedtime stories with read-aloud playback. You get a number of free stories to start. Continued access requires an active subscription, billed through Google Play or the App Store. Current pricing is displayed in the app and on the respective store listing.

Your account

You must sign in with Google or Apple to use Yawnly. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account currently supports one dreamer profile.

Parental responsibility

Yawnly is intended for use by parents and guardians to create stories for their children. By using Yawnly, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that you are responsible for how the generated stories are used and shared.

Subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (Google Play or App Store). We do not offer refunds directly. Any refund requests are subject to the refund policies of Google Play or the App Store.

Content & intellectual property

Stories are AI-generated. We aim for age-appropriate, positive content but cannot guarantee every output. Yawnly retains all rights to the service, its technology, and the underlying story-generation system. You own the personal use of stories generated for your account — you may listen to, save, and share them freely (e.g. via WhatsApp). You may not sell, commercially redistribute, or claim authorship of generated stories. Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

Yawnly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or suitable. You use the service at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yawnly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yawnly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Yawnly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Yawnly at any time if you violate these terms or engage in misuse of the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
